INTRODUCTION TO INDIAN BODY BUILDING

   Hello viewers this blog is totally for and about the body building in Indian conditions.As you know that it is very tough for Indian body builders to adapt such a extreme tropical & temperate climatic conditions here comes the indianmusclebuild.blogspot.in to help you.


   It's a known fact that western country's climatic conditions are well known for body building and working out in such climatic conditions are pretty easier.Due to lower temperature prevailing there they aren't to be worried.But it 's totally upward down in India.Most part of the year we have head breaking summer in all parts of India,especially the northern parts of India is well known for extremes.So this blog tells you how to adapt ourselves for training in such hard conditions.And the second thing to consider is that most of them are sincere towards their weight lifting workouts & cardio workouts,but among us as I've seen in gym I can just count with my naked fingers.We normally admire at them and we used to degrade us by a comparison with them.Don't think I'm just degrading our countries body builders,there are body builders in India equal to some of the world's best body builders. So don't worry every thing is possible to every one with hard work.Take this as a note so go hard and go home with fruit ripped.
    
    Most of the Indian body builders suffer lack of good trainers.Especially in the low-mid range gyms.So most eager starters of gym fails due to this condition prevailing in most of the gyms.I've seen some of my friends and members of gym they used to be very enthusiastic before they join the gym by seeing the film stars so that they can be a star in their circle.But after they start going to gym their dream last no more than a week,saying that they can't resist the mandatory initial gym pain.NO pain no gain,the first step in gym is to overcome the initial pain.One who overcomes the pain and continue the workout is definite to be fit.


   

     So after some discussion here about the situation I'm here to help you to solve the problem regarding the training you are going to pursue in future.Body building and weight lifting aren't like billionaire in a day.You have to work hard ,strive to see results.After a biceps workout on day one you see a change of 1/2" added to it but to make it permanent and bigger follow the steps given here.Before starting remember these points.



1.Patience:      
                                 "Control it or it will"
     Patience is the main factor before you start the gym.One day body building are myths.Work hard don't except for the results move towards your goal without any break.Results will be published by others without your knowledge.Then you will come to know you are now near your goal post.Then your interest will ultimately raise you will be automatically carried by the chariot to the goal.
          "Slow progress is better than no progress"               
 2.Consistency:
            "Only you get out,what you put in"
           "Don't start from the scratch again"
      Be regular to gym don't excuse yourself for a day-off.Be truthful to yourself,if you create excuse by pointing index on others you are cheating yourselves.Make up at least for thrice a week.Consistent performance is needed to achieve the goal.
           "Think about why you have started"
3.Liquors and cigarettes:
       Be cautious about the liquors and cigarettes.Regular and hard workout increases fitness by 100% on other side liquors and cigarettes eats your hard work at a speed of 200%.This gives a null meaning to your workouts.So,prevent these.

4.Warming up:
  Warm-up is a pre-basic exercise for getting your body physically ready before proceed with the main workouts. Most of the gym mobs don't care about the warm-up process.Some doesn't even know what is warming up.Preventing warm ups can affect your results.Warm up give your muscle to get full capability of the workout done.With warm ups done you can safe guard your body from sprain,tears,tightening of muscles,pain ans so....

5. Cardio:
     Cardio is any exercise that raises your heart rate.It is one of the most mandatory rule for the obese fat burners.Running,jogging,cycling,swimming,mountain trekking,skipping,fast walking are few examples of cardio.To keep the muscles in shape it needs movement - cardio is the best provider.Movements maakes muscles stronger and stronger for a more efficient and healthy body.

6.Jogging:
      Jogging is a type of cardio,it means slow running covering long distance.It is very important that you have to jog to get ripped with lean muscle.Jogging can give you core workout to entire body ,a best way to get rid of bad fat.Jogging will be too tough at beginning as it is boring and time consuming but  results can give you further motivation.It burns more calories then we imagine giving you a good physique.

7.Workout Partner:

"Be proud but never get satisfied"
   A best way to make gym regular is by having a gym partner.Make sure he/she is a optimist and so you to him/her.Being a sole worker make you tired and distracted from your goal.With a partner or more you will be competitive,aggressive,motivated,preventing mistakes,lifting heavy weights.So it can give you more results.The best the partner the best you can rip.You can be competitive with makes you to train hard.  Make sure don't form a group which can delay your workout turn as it gives more rest to your muscles, intervals in between repetitions must be less.

8.Give Respect:

          "Build your body,build your character"     
     This is a basic humanity.Do respect your gym equipments in turn it will.Do not use your feet to move the barbell,dumbbell etc.Pick it ,move it,place it only by your hand.Don't drop your weights.Don't forget to put the weight in their proper place after each workout if not needed further,make it a habit.

9.Stop listening to Commercial:

                    "Buy biceps take triceps for free-lol "
    Don't take the commercial ads in count they are nothing but bunch of junks.No drug can make you fitter or thinner.Only physical workouts can make you as such.Don't fall in to their pits.

10.Nutrients:

           "Body builds outside the gym,not inside"
  Your body needs enough nutrients to get build and keep you healthy.So follow a neat diet plan according to your global position.Don't excuse that you don't have turkey for protein in the place where you live ,instead adapt to your condition.Working out hardly and failing to take sufficient amount of protein can give you zero result.Then you cannot reach your goal.Eat lots of fruits and greens.

11.Avoid junk foods:

  "Limit your mouth and your body will"
     Try to eliminate junk/fast foods from your diet.They are the well known source for saturated fats which can easily accumulate in your body.They make you demotivated and tired.

12.Fat is necessary:

     You can thinks that fat is a devil's thing.But not still you need some good fat for body building.Some vitamins are only fat-soluble.Your muscle need some fat too.Believe it your heart to need some fat for its proper function.They also acts as lubricant in bone joints.

13.Hydrate!

                "Our body consists 60% of water"
    Drink a lot of water.Water is a free source at least try not to skip.Water is one of the most important element for exercise.As you workout or do some other exercise our body loses lots of electrolytes along with the water as sweat.So you regularly need to hydrate your body.Don't drink in between workouts unless its necessary.Hydrate completely 30 minutes before you start to warm up.Don't sink yourself into water.

14.Protein:

    "Proteins are the building blocks of our body"
   Protein is one of the essential word in the gym world.As mentioned protein build your body.You need the amount of protein intake (in grams) equal to your body weight.For example 160 pounds man needs 160 grams of protein intake daily.But Indians lack sufficient protein  intake.Only you can take care of your diet.So be cautious about protein if you want to build your body in shape.Beef,Chicken,nuts,dhal,yogurt,egg whites,some greens are good source of protein.

15.Lean muscle:

       "Make your muscular system get ripped"
  It's not easy to build the lean muscle as we say.It needs specialized workout and full concentration.You should nook & corner of each workout and know what you are doing.A revised cardio workouts are essential for lean muscle. A guided diet is a must.

16.Six packs:

"Six-pack will not attract girls to you,good moral will"
                      "Cat & rat = Fat & pack"
     All dream about six packs.They need it to show their masculine body to their girl friends.You can get six packs easily by following the six pack abs workout plan.As cat wants rat-a layer of fat need your abs as home.You cannot get rid of fat only by ab workouts,cardio is very important to get rid of fat.Ab workouts are for getting ripped.

17.Over Training:
            
     "Over training can eat what you have build"
 "24-hours working won't give you an extra   pound"
  Over training is one of the most mentioned draw back among us.Most of us think working extra time can get extra muscle it's totally a wrong fact.Just lift weight not more than an hour.Over training eats your hard work.Do not go to gym twice a day.Select timings according  to your priority.Morning workouts are appreciated.

18.Rest:

                   "Rest more than you work"
      "10+ hour sleep is not meaning for REST "
  This is the most out-lifted problem among the body builders.Working late night in computers,watching movies forgetting what is rest.8 hours sleep is mandatory if you lift weight or exercise.If you don't rest body doesn't build properly instead due to improper accumulation of fat your grow weird.Your body needs at least 20 hours to recover from previous day's workout.So rest more ripe what you deserve!

19.Initial muscle pain:
                                               
               "Work with pain,no more pain"          
  "The pain of today is the victory of tomorrow"
            "Pain is  weakness leaving the body"
     Starting workout in gym from a scratch may cause you immense pain prevailing for a week or two.Only if you over come this pain you can continue ,50% of them forfeit gym due to this pain.Start working forget the pain and work with pain you will feel the pain no more.

20.Climb don't wait:
                    "Add weight,add muscle"
   Increase the weights every week don't stick up with same weights.Standing in safe place no gain further.Take chances.As above mentioned have partners to increase weights.
    
21.Don't skip Squat:
                        "Squat till you puke"
             "Strong Building,weaker basement"
    Squat is one of the main workout almost 70% of them skip.Squat workout give you a basement to your body for a strong upper body workout.Most of their body shivers during heavy lifting workouts.To prevent this squat is mandatory.

22.Yoga:

 "Yoga teaches us to cure what need not to be endured and endure what cannot be cured"
     Yoga is India origin ashanas totally controlled by our breath  which is best pre-warm up exercise before you start to lift heavy weights.It is also a very good exercise for diabetes,asthma etc.

23.No cell phones:
                                       
                 "No to unwanted Entertainments"
      Try not to use  cell phone except for emergency.Mobile phones can easily distract us from our workouts and spoil the day.Improper excuse a day can cause the same price another day.Do it or leave it for tomorrow.

24.Don't act too smart:

                    "Every one are beginners,not                                         graduates literally"                   
     Some people think that they are boss of gym they interrupt the less efficient/new joiner's workout and they take the equipment for their sake.Please don't do this,it's against the rule of gym and humiliating your gym mates.

25.Test your endurance:

          "Fall down few time,get up several time"
               "Don't hide your weakness,Kill it"
     Endurance is a must factor in gym.It'll test your endurance day by day,over come to reach the goal.Train to control it or it will control you.

26.Reject discourages & gossips:

"There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't,what you've got to do is turn around and say-watch me"
          "You don't demand respect,earn it"
  Many people face this problem including me.Once I was said"First eat to get fatter then come to gym".I turned it around with the fingers on their mouth.So don't take others opinion about you,you are your boss be sure you aren't hired.

27.Feel free to help others:
                             "Teach more learn more"
     Once you are regular automatically you will come to know about more techniques,feel free to help the beginners when they are wrong.

28.One day Billionaire:
     Don't expect in a day or a month.Your muscle need time to adapt to the workouts and regroup.People who dream to be a one day builder can never succeed.

29.Change you workout plans:
       "It's like Studying Alphabets from KG-High school "
        Don't stick to same workout for months.Change your workout methods every week.Once you stick with same workout you body will show no growth after a period.

30.Be confident:
         "I had the goal to be best from day one"    
     Be confident at your own skills.With confidence that you acquire implementing it in work you can ripe the fruit of success.For those who said you can't well do it,watch me.
